From age 2, in French, English or Dutch. Ideal to break through a plateau, rebuild confidence, or ski at the hours that suit the family.
Group in the morning, private one afternoon, a family day with an instructor: we build it with you. One contact, one summary.
The instructor assesses every child on the first morning. If the group isn't a fit, we change it the same day — no charge, no form. That's our job, not yours.
They guide, they don't confine. Between 12 and 17, every teenager joins the teen group (Pro-Rider); some resorts apply their own age thresholds, shown on that resort's page.
The Petit Ours level (age 3-4) exists in most of our resorts, in a fenced snow garden. Where it isn't offered, we take children in private lessons from age 2.
For the Petit Ours to Ours Blanc levels, the garden and carpet lift are enough at the start of the week — the resort tells you when a pass becomes necessary. From 1er Ski onward, yes.
Medals handed out on Friday, a progress booklet signed by the instructor, and the starting level for next year — valid across our 16 resorts.
It is compulsory for children under 13 and in every snowboard lesson, whatever the age. It stays strongly recommended for everyone else. See article 10 of the terms
The maximum group size is set resort by resort and shown on the page of the lesson you book. See article 9 of the terms
A lesson can be adapted or cancelled for safety reasons, and weather does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Snow or cancellation insurance covers that risk. See article 6 of the terms
Up to 30 days before the lessons start, yes, subject to availability; after that, the amounts paid remain due. See articles 5 and 6 of the terms
The school's insurance does not cover the risks of skiing itself. Everyone takes out their own accident, mountain-rescue and medical cover. See article 11 of the terms
